1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
• You have received a damaged product.
• You have received an incorrect item.
• The product packaging is tampered or defective at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Since our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Taste preferences or personal liking.
• Opened or used products.
• Requests made after the specified time window.
3. Return Request Timeframe
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

5. Resolution Process

6. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on your payment provider.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• We do not accept returns for hygiene-sensitive products once opened.
• Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fair resolution.
• Farmilia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
